About Me

 I decided to write this book as I realized there are many secrets that are not being shared with teen girls. They are faced with many difficult situations while growing up, and no manual for how to navigate these situations. I decided to make that manual and help by providing key secrets from interviews done by leading experts. 

 Throughout my childhood I have always loved to create things. Whether that be my incredibly embarassing youtube channel or one of the various businesses I started. This book is an added component to that list, and I am so excited for everyone to read it. 

My mom, after suffering a serious of health issues, began interviewing and talking to leading health experts across all fields. From this, she instilled many of the same values she learned from them, to me. I realized not every teen girl has the same access to information that I have, and I realized that should be fixed. I felt a comprehensive guide for teen girls was necessary for them to learn the secrets to upping their life :)
